Went in to get my son in law a birthday present,not sure what to get ,2 associates helped me and looked up my son in laws account told me what jeans and size he wore .They were such a big help.Thanks buckle asscoiates.

Excellent service and had luck finding reasonable priced shirts and shorts. Dressing rooms are open. Two great customer sales assistants, helped to find the perfect fit!

Felt the VIP treatment upon entering and from beginning to end with seamless and exceptional service beyond my expectations from everyone. Charlotte H made me not only like my Buckle purchases but Love my Buckle purchases and also want to come back to THIS particular Buckle establishment. As she knows, not all Buckle stores are what they claim to be. She has turned my whole entire Buckle experience into an Amazing one. I walked in with a frown and and a bit of concern and frustration and she sent me out with a smile and and a sense of hope. Thanks Charlotte.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Charlotte the store manager. I realized it was close to closing time so I apologized and promised to shop quickly. She assured me repeatedly that it was no problem and she was more than happy to allow me time to shop. She guess my size and style so well!! I went in for a belt and walked out with 3 pairs of jeans have a several tops that she helped me pick out, oh and some perfume! Charlotte was so knowledgeable and helpful!

I had the best experience there today. Morgan helped me and my husband find the perfect jeans. She was so helpful and I’m so happy with all of the jeans. She picked them out perfectly for us based on what we asked for!
